Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our laboratory team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
